Accessory Warranty

• Duration: Mighty Swings guarantees all accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date.

• Repair or Replacement: If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the accessory at our discretion.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by outdoor exposure, lawn maintenance services, cracks, fading, or normal wear and tear.

Wooden Component Warranty

• Duration: For 10 years, Mighty Swings warrants all above-ground wooden components against structural failure due to wood rot or insect infestation.

• Natural Wood Characteristics: Surface cracks, splits, twisting, warping, knot holes, mold, mildew, or other natural wood characteristics are not covered under this warranty.

• Replacement & Shipping: If a covered wooden component fails, we will replace it free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping, freight, and fuel charges.

Installation & Maintenance

• Site Preparation: Before installation, ensure that no sprinkler systems, telephone lines, or wiring are in the digging area. Mighty Swings is not responsible for damages caused by excavation.

• Post-Installation Evaluation: A $275 minimum fee applies for post-installation evaluations within a 30-mile radius of Buford, GA. Repairs or replacements will be quoted and completed on-site when possible.

• Maintenance Recommendations: We recommend applying a sealer every few years to maintain the integrity and beauty of your Mighty Swings playset.

• Relocation Services: Equipment relocation is available seasonally for an additional fee. Contact us for a no-obligation quote.

Additional Terms

• Proof of Purchase Required: To receive warranty benefits, you must provide the original invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser at the original installation address.

• Exclusions: Alterations, relocations, improper installation, or inadequate maintenance will void the warranty.

• No Commercial Use: This warranty is valid only for residential use. Products used commercially are not covered.

• Sales Terms: All sales are final, and once an order is placed, production begins according to the specifications in your Sales Agreement.

• Pricing and Policies: Mighty Swings reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and terms. Delivery and services follow standard practices, and full payment is due on the invoiced sales agreement date.

• Collection Costs: Buyers are responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees. A down payment signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions & Safety Guidelines

• Abuse or Negligence: No warranty is offered on equipment subjected to abuse, vandalism, or improper use, service, or repair by the customer or third parties.

• Acts of Nature: This warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of God, unauthorized alterations, or attachments not provided by Mighty Swings.

• Adult Supervision: Adult supervision is recommended while children use the playset.

• Safe Distance: Children must maintain a safe distance from moving play equipment at all times.
